This guitar is a true cannon. Its tone is something to behold. It is big and booming, while at the same time, clear and balance. It has excellent, pronounced mid range, plenty of boomy bass and really sweet highs. These historics are some of the best acoustic guitars Gibson has ever produced and this is a good one. The feature list is truly from the golden age of pre-war acoustic guitars. It has a torrified Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, hide glue construction and a super thin nitro finish. These come together to give it the look, feel, and tone of a vintage Gibson. The playability is excellent with low action and a very comfortable chunky C neck. This guitar is in excellent condition with only minor signs of play or use. It has a strap button installed in the neck heel and a LR Baggs HiFi pickup, that sounds fantastic.
