We are not an authorized Gibson retailer, so guitars bought from us do not include the manufacturers warranty

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, all of our guitars are described and represented as accurately as possible. Due to the specialized and many times subjective nature of tone, feel, and look of our products returns are typically not accepted unless a 24-hour approval period is agreed upon prior to purchase. 

Any return without a pre-purchase approval period agreement will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsibly for all shipping costs.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom build. The balance is due on completion before the guitar is shipped. Build time is usually around 90-days but can vary depending on backlog and parts availability.

Tennessee residents must pay 9.75% sales tax.

International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with the purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of associated fees, duties, and taxes prior to the purchase.
