Dream Guitar Has It All! (Stock #1362)
This is dream guitar. It has it all. This was from an incredible run of guitars commissioned by Wildwood back in 2014. 2014 is one of the best years of the Historic series. It is when Gibson custom really started consistently making incredible guitars. These guitars are really special with hand-picked tops, great color and incredible aging. The top has beautiful flame that changes drastically depending on light. It is wide and even with no dead spots but really pops in sunlight. The color is somewhere between dirty lemon and iced tea. Kentucky Bourbon fade is the color used on the Michael Bloomfield signature run. It is one of the best looking bursts the custom shop has ever done. The aging looks great and is very convincing. This is from the golden age of Gibson aging. They were doing absolutely incredible work. This guitar looks and feels like a 65 year old guitar. The tone is everything you could want. It is clear and resonant with great woody mids with no muddiness. It sounds great in all three positions and can cover a lot of ground. The neck is a nice slim C and the playability is near perfect. This guitar is in excellent condition.
