Amazing Top, Color and Super Lightweight! (Stock #1215)

This is an incredible guitar, right in line with the rest of the 60th anniversary R9s. This has been the most consistently great run of guitars Gibson has done since I’ve been around them. I have yet to have a bad one, they have all been great so far. This one is a truly amazing one. It has one of the most beautiful colors I have seen. Officially it is called Sunrise Tea Burst; however, this one looks more like a factory burst. It has a very deep, rich cherry ring and beautiful yellow center. The flame is very strong and even with just enough wiggle and 3D quality. This one sounds as good as it looks. It is very resonant, woody and balanced; all while have great clarity and note definition. The playability is great. The neck profile is a very comfortable medium C. This guitar is in as new condition.
