Beautiful Top, Tone, and Color! (Stock #1179)
This is a incredible guitar. The top has a beautiful wide, ribbon flame. It looks very 3D with a lot of movement in person. The top has a great vintage look while also being a very strong flame top. These to things don’t coincide super often. The color is one of the best colors Gibson Custom does. It has a beautiful transition from the the burst ring to the yellow center. The color perfectly replicates a vintage burst that is about halfway faded between cherry and lemon. The tone is amazing on this one. It is very resonant and clear. This guitar sustains nicely and has amazing balance. It sounds incredible both clean and with overdrive. The neck is a medium/chunky C with great playability. This guitar is in overall excellent condition. It has one ding on the back and a few on the back edge near the input jack. Otherwise it is in great condition.
